I'm happy with the calendar. It is a nice size--compact but not teeny. It includes holidays and is easy to read. There is one photo per month, a bold photo of one bird on a branch (much like the cover photo, which is also February's). I like the choice of birds as well as the choice of trees they are perched on (all blossoming or with berries). The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that, while the photos are lovely, I wouldn't call them knock-your-socks-off or hugely memorable. Sometimes with calendars I hate to even move to a new month (or I will later save some of the photos), and I don't think this is in that league--but I am still enjoying it. This is my first year with this calendar; usually I get the Audubon Songbirds Picture-a-Day Wall Calendar, which is much more spectacular and exciting and also includes bird information--but this year I wanted to try something smaller, and this works better for my space.Product details

Thw small wall calendars work so well in an office where calendar space is limited, and the birds and photos featured in this calendar are beautiful- a day brightener!
The format is what I wanted--not a wall or appointment calendar but something in between, small enough to store for future reference but with spaces big enough to jot a bit of info. And I wanted photographs of garden scenes or animals in nature. The cover was attractive and the rest of the pictures are beautiful.
